Start by replacing the coil if it's out of spec.
The manual does not describe a specific test for the igniter unit (though AutoZone may test your igniter free of charge). Instead, perform the Igniter Unit input tests in the 92-95 Civic service manual (see link in my signature). If all of the input tests are fine, then replace igniter unit (if there's no spark after replacing the coil).

i got it to run idk what it was i just started testing everything and it was all good so i cranked it and got it to fire but now im getting lots of smoke its fuel for sure i checked my pressure and adjusted it but im still getting smoke but not as much and ideal?
