This means that a CEL code(s) is likely stored in the ECU. Retrieve the CEL code(s) as described in the CEL link in my signature. Post any retrieved codes in this thread, and then clear the ECU. When the CEL comes ON again, retrieve the code. Any repeated codes are worthy of troubleshooting.

I will have to check that out and get the code..and it did smoked a lot because it was burning the carbon off,but I think that is why he says its smelling rich cause it is still burning off

Yeah definitely check the code and then clear the ECU. It may be an O2 sensor CEL code as the treatment may have temporarily fouled the sensor. This might explain the rich running engine.
