Default Need help quick!

I'm doing the lower control arm bushing on my 93 civic ex and I was wondering how do you replace the bushing? Do I need to lower the whole arm, and do I need a press to push the old bushing out and put the new one in? I'm trying to get this done today because its my only day off from work so hopefully i'll get it done. I did do all the ball joinst and tie rod ends not to long ago and this is the last thing i need to get done on the from suspension. any help will be apreciated.

I found out they needed pressed in and out. Finally got it done but it took a while without having a press and only having a vice, hammer, chisle and torch. the new bushing went in pretty easy
