ok well i turn the signal lights on and either way i turn them both blink, and when i turn on the headlights or parkin lights none of the signals work..blown fuse?

Sounds like a fuse, or some wires got melted toghether.

Doubt its a fuse, if it was a fuse then the lights wouldn't work. Most likely a wiring problem. Check the grounds.
