Need help with solenoid valve
I am in the process of replacing the the head gasket on my 2003 Civic EX with a VTEC motor 17A2. When I took off the cyclinder head the spool and spring fell out. I did not realize it until I was cleaning up and found these parts on the floor
The only photo or assy dwg I could find of the internals is of a different model and has 3 pieces. plunger, spring, and spacer.
My valve is obviously different. Does anyone know if the spacer is a part in my valve.
