A friend of mine is repairing a 2003 Civic that had a small accident that deployed the drivers seat belt tensioners only with no airbag deployment. He replaced the SRS, the front sensor, and the seat belt & buckle tensioner however he still cannot clear the SRS light.

All the ohmmeter look okay for the triggers on the airbags and tensioners all are 2.3 to 2.7 ohms
Front sensors both read about 1400 ohms
Side airbag sensors both read about 205000 ohms

Does anyone know if the side airbag sensors should be as high as 205000 ohms or should they be lower like the new one in front at 1400 ohms.

The Honda service manual does not give an ohmeter value.

The SRS does not appear to give a DTC code after a reset. I just blinks once and stays on
