Default New Civic, looking for advice.

I got a 1994 Civic CX for a real steal. 247K KM and I paid a whopping $420 because the guy thought there was a clutch problem (there wasn't), and he had stripped the rear interior. My mechanic gave the car a clean inspection other than the windshield. I'm picking up an entire 94 CX interior tonight for $40. Needless to say I am one happy camper. This is my first Civic ever, and my first standard ever, but she drives like a dream. Having said all this I am going to need some advice:

I have no idea how this car was maintained. There is a sticker giving me another 4K til my next oil change, but I have no idea if anything else was ever done. I'm hoping for feedback on what I should get done first. My thoughts are timing belt, oil change to synthetic, manual transmission oil/fluid, spark plugs. There is no Owners Manual either, is it easy to find one somewhere?

Thanks in advance!

Mark

if you have the $$ and plan on keeping the car for awhile ... go ahead and put new timing belt/water pump..plugs..wires..cap..rotor..fuel/air filter that aways you know its all new and wont have any problems in future.. when i buy a car i always put new everything i dont second guess about it..
