Unhappy No pressure in any cylinder

Hi,
I have a 2002 LX with 240000 miles. The other morning, without warning, it didn't start when I was getting ready for work. It would crank but not turn over and start. No diagnostic lights on, has gas and oil.

I've checked the battery, checked for spark, checked that the fuel pump is running.

When I put a compression tester on each cylinder, I removed the relay to stop the fuel pump. Each cylinder had 0 or 5lbs pressure max. It was suggested to me that this might mean the timing belt but we looked down into the oil fill port and could see the rocker arms moving when it was cranked.

the engine has oil all down the front of it and on the side opposite the timing belt. The dipstick still shows oil is present in the engine.

Any suggestions?
