Default No spark. Need help!

Someone broke into my car and stole over $600 worth of stuff but I will make a post about that after I calm down a little bit. I'm shaking pretty bad, feel like it got punched in the stomach and have a huge headache... I can barely think strait right now.

Right now my car will not start because the rat bastards stole my spark plug wires and air intake. My mechanic cannot get it to start yet. He has replaced the wires with oem ones and says that there is no spark. He tested all the fuses under the dash and in the engine bay. The car is cranking but not starting. He replaced the distributer and it still is having the same problems. The people riped out my stereo and all the speakers. The mechanic now thinks that it might have something to do with a ground wire. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Did your ECU get stolen too? You will not get sparks without an ECU.

Either that or a vital wire under the dash got broken.

No the ecu is still there and the wires look untouched. The mechanic was looking in the dash when I was leaving for wires so it could be one of them. That is what my money is on at the moment. Also, we know there is fuel because we can smell it when we crank the car and we can hear the fuel pump click on.

Disconnect the coil and check the resistance of the coil. Also, check to make sure the coil is getting power.

Isn't the coil inside the distributer on my car? He replaced the entire thing.
