Alright, haven't found someone with this particular specific issue, since google gives the same result no matter what

97 ex coupe with a d15b vtec swap

car shut off mid driving started twice died instantly and now does not start period

cranks and starter goes

no spark at wire/plugs (until you stop cranking you get a singular spark from test light)

everything in the dizzy works used it on another vehicle to test, all fuses/relays are good, fuel pump primes, and is receiving the fuel

the green/yellow wire from the dizzy plug (on my 97 ex) is getting no power

i believe it's the ignition wire to tell it to fire

should i try replacing the ignition switch before i tear my entire car apart to find the short or is there specific places when a pin might've slipped loose
any schematics/wire diagrams would be helpful
