alright so me and my friend finished putting in a b18c1 GSR in my civic and for some reason it wont start. It keeps sending back a code for the coolant temperature and the air intake temperature sensors. There is no power to the cd player and my battery light is on as well. I'm taking it down to get fixed tomorrow but before i do does anyone have any ideas on what it might be?

Those codes won't prevent a start up, but do suggest that you don't have the sensors wired up or are using the wrong wire harnesses.

Does the starter crank the engine fine but it won't fire up?

Is the battery fully charged?

Have you checked for spark at the plugs?

Does the fuel pump prime?

No power to the stereo is probably because the "BACK UP" fuse under the hood is blown. This fuse also powers the ECU.

Check that the ground wires on the thermostat housing are attached securely, it is easy to forget them during an engine swap.

It's normal for the "battery" light to come on whenever the engine is not running.

yea it turns over and everything. sometimes it even starts up, but if so it barely does and then dies immediately.
Okay thanks. Ill go and check to see if that's the problem.
