Question Odd noise, mechanics can't even figure out

Hello, I will start off by saying i am new here, a friend directed me here to see if I could get help with a mechanical issue. I own a 5 speed 2004 DX sedan that I got half a year ago, in the past few months I have noticed a high pitched squeak coming from the engine bay, at first I thought it to be the belts so I replaced them, wasn't that, I then replaced my alternator because it was going but the sound still was still persistent. The sound happens when I'm halfway down on the gas pedal, going straight or during a turn in any gear, it also makes a brief appearance when I turn the car off and the engine is coming to a halt. I have scoured the internet and forums to result in nothing so I caved and took my car to the Honda dealership last month for them to fix it, when I went to pick up my car they said they couldn't find anything and the car was in very good shape. However the noise is still there, it is highly annoying especially because of all the time I have put in trying to find an answer. With the help of a co worker, I believe it is coming from the power steering pump but it doesn't make too much sense to me because the sound doesn't happen when Im turning it's where my foot is on the gas. Any feedback would be appreciated, my friends and I have been scratching our heads for months over it. Thx
