shifting my car is really stiff is there a way to lube that or make it looser?

 

Crawl under the car and inspect the bushings for the gear shift lever. Also drain the transmission fluid and replace it with fresh Honda MT fluid.

 

+1 ^ to ronj also i put in a short shifter and forgot to grease it. it was stiff as hell. after you try what ron said being that you proly need to do that anyway, if it doesnt completly fix your problem pull the center consol off, pull up the rubber around the shifter careful not to tear it. and when u r able to see the top of the ball on the shifter apply a good amount of white grease. move your shifter around to get it worked in. i did this on mine and it helped alot
