A friend of mine is buying some jdm SiR headlights for his 99-00 ek hatch. He is ordering them from passwordjdm.com and they have a wiring harness in their optional equipment to purchase with the headlights. Does anyone know what this harness does? How to wire it? etc. I'm gonna be doing the install on these lights and I need some background information on them before I start. I'm fine with having to splice/sauder(is it soder?) wires, so that isn't a problem, as I have all the equipment for that. Helpful replies are welcome. Thanks!

 

IIRC it is for the H4H headlight bulbs that the JDM civic use, they are slightly different then the H4 that the USDM civics use

 

Thanks! Any more info on how to splice the harness? i.e. red to red/ black to black (for example)
