I have a 1998 honda civic hatchback and I left the headlights on and the windows down while it poured down rain while I was at work. Now the car won't start. Tried jumping it off and nothing. I have charged the battery since getting it home. And the dash lights still don't come on and headlights still don't come on but emergency blinkers will work. I have checked some fuses but all were fine.
