I have a 98 Honda Civic DX which I am having some serious issues with. While driving (or idling for that matter) all of the lights headlights, dash lights, etc fluctate really bad. I have replaced the altenator and battery and still have the problem. I had it check at Autozone and was told that the altenator was fine, but the amps are fluctate up and down. What would cause this? Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.0
