Default probably simple, but help please

hey everyone, first of all, im back after dam near 3 years i think, haha. I ended up getting rid of the SRT-4 and getting another civic to save on insurance. 1996 civic DX, she's got a few issues i was hoping somebody could help me fix.
1)when driving and coming to a stop, i shift into nuetral, and about 50% of the time the car will cut off, somtimes it will bog down like it wants to stall, but then maintain a low idle. I dont know if this help or not, but its throwing cel (bank 1 O2 sensor)
2) theres a clicking with the car, but when i push clutch in it stops, i sespect this is a bad throw out bearing.

Thanks for the help people.

On the code, check for the shorted wires behind the intake ("fuse 15 problem"). If that's not the problem probably need a new O2 sensor. I'd resolve that first and see if the idle improves, if not clean the IACV and its air passages in the manifold.

Noise that goes away when the clutch is pressed in could be the bearings in the transmission, first thing to do there would be to check the transmission fluid or replace it.
