problem with crank position sensor

i have a 1994 honda civic 1.6 vtec and i recently installed engine.Everything is ok except i got a code #4 and it started running like crap and has no power. I cleared the code and now it runs fine except the wires around the distributor if i wiggle them the car cuts off please help
