Problem reversed
After rebuilding the top end of the '91 5-door hatchback I bought from my daughter it only had power above 4,000 rpm. I checked and, as Mk378 said, the cam timing was off a tooth. I fixed that and now it runs great until it hits 3,500 rpm and then it cuts out. T can't get the distributor to turn enough to fire at the red mark. Suggestions?
