I have a 1995 civic ex with a swapped b18b1 engine with a t3t4 turbonetics turbo. I live in a cold place and my engine never starts. I have spark at the plugs, gas is getting to the cylinder, good compression. I tired to remove the tw sensor like this trouble shoot recommends and it did not work. Battery also is strong. The engine just turns over but never catches and starts it just turns over until the battery dies. Thanks for your help
