Default Prolonged Start up/ and a quick interior Q

Hmm seems now that its winter and all in the mornings and heck even in the afternoons now the car is starting to take a little too long to turn over when i first got her in the summer it was one turn of the motor and boom we were off now when she's cold its getting to almost 5 turns before she weakly fires, whats causing this? Temperature outside? Also i havent changed the plugs oranything so i assume that could just as easily be it, how much is the MSD blaster kit for a d16y7 if they even make one? Usually i see the kit for b16s and b18s, i just want the red distributor cap and external coil kit.

Also if i could get away with another quick question w/o spamming up posts, what grit sand paper should i use to sand the itnerior of the civic? i want to do the really shinny primer and in no magazine i've read do they suggest what grit and i dont want to use wet sand. also what paint brand do you recommend?
Thanks

sounds like your battery might be going, cold adverly affects batterys, and they dont function as well\

as far as painting, since you are only primering, i would tend to keep the grit light something like 440 or so

If you need an excuse to go for MSD, just do it [8D]

If seriously, It's not a hell of a problem as long as your engine finally starts. You normally see this behavior when it's getting colder. Things what contribute to this are oil viscosity, battery shape, and high-voltage parts shape, can't recall anything else. Now, everybody has his own definition of cold, and I'm talking here about temps below freezing.
