Pulling a Check Engine Light (CEL)

I need to pull the cel code of my 1999 civic coupe..... iv found the ecu but cant find the correct cables???
If anyone can help it would be great

I would recomend either buying a mini palm OBDII scanner, on sale at sears 80 bucks, Or going to auto zone for a free diag. readout.
