Default Random cylinder misfires, 99 Civic LX

Hey there, I have a 99 Civic LX, D16Y7. 1-2 weeks ago, started getting heavy stuttering during acceleration, and got CELs 71-73 (random cylinder misfires #1-3). Any pointers on what I should start from a trouble shooting perspective?

It has 185k miles, timing belt changed at 155k. Changed plugs about 5k miles ago, wires and distributor cap about 20k miles ago. I've verified timing with a timing light.

Should I just start with plugs again and work my way up to wires and distributor cap? Maybe change out the fuel filter?
