Default Rear Brakes lock up!!

Hey, so my rear brakes keep locking up overnight whenever i put the e-brake on. It is really cold here so im not sure if the moisture just freezes it. When i did a quick drift the other day they did it for a little bit too and i dont think they would freeze that fast. Any ideas?

The freezing weather is probably preventing your e-brake system from moving freely. The problem could be in the cable or, more likely, in the rear drum e-brake system. You may need to pull the drums off to reveal the problem.

May sound like i'm being a douche, but just leave the car in gear and the ebrake off. hell my old corlla didn't have a working ebrake for 2 years. i just left it in gear all the time
