Hi first post.

I'm asking this question for a friend but i am also in the process of getting a licence and buying a Civic

Ok hear goes.

My friends has a 95 DX and he wants to change the rear seats to leather but the original bench seat thats in there is wasted and would look harsh leathered. he was wondering if there are any onther cars that the rear seats would fit out of he was thinking maybe a Honda Prelude...

He doesnt want to buy new seats either he wants to go to a scrap dealer and get the seats out of a wrecker so there cheap.

Any advise would be good

THe Prelude isnt going to work tried it.the center console is to far back so the floor on the civie will be exposed.Also it cannot be hooked under the seat.

 

k thanks man ive been looking around the forum and talked to my friend about it and i thinks hes just gonna get a new rear set of civic seats and get them leathered or try find sum leathered already ill post back and let even 1 know whats goin on

now im off to the pub

 

i dont want to sound degrading because i dont do that **** but has it been ruled out to try scrap places to find another 95 DX? give it a shot! good luck though!

 

need to check Interchange Manual (although i do not believe that it covers rear seats)
