How do you remove the rubber boot and plastic bezel on the civic hatch? mines a console mounted gear leaver!

Also ive bought a Mugen hand brake cover, does it just fit over the stock one, or does it come off? looks like its not gonna shift to me.

cheers, ive done that bit it just screw off, but the boot is attached to the dash, which is the bit that im stuck on!
