Default Replacing my Oxygen Sensor

Hey,

My upstream oxygen sensor failed on my 98 civic ex ($62). My car has 96k on it now. Both the upstream and downstream sensors say they are good for 100k. Do you think I should buy the downsteam as well and replace it at the same time? It's about $160 for the downsteam unless I go with a universal sensor where you splice the wires, then its only $60.

So my options are...

1) Replace only the failed sensor
2) Replace both with OE sensors, cost = $220
3) Replace upsteam with OE and downsteam with universal = $120

Any help would be much appreciated.

replace them both just get 2 universal ones and splice in the wires, or get aftermarket ones with the connectors if you can.
