i had similar it was the map sensor and leaking vacuume pipe.just check for broken/split pipes

I replaced the map sensor already

my car is doin the same this it started after i up a cold air intake but my rpm go's up and down on its own

Based on your recent modification, you may have an intake air or vacuum leak.
