01 ex stalling at 3000 rpm

Default 01 ex stalling at 3000 rpm

hey i have a 2001 civic ex with a full OBX-R exhaust on it, i'm having a problem at around 3000 rpm it tries to stall, it does it really bad when cold but warm its it to bad. The OBX web site has something that helps the back pressure for the map senser??? i have asked around and everyone has said to put a cat back on it, is this true does it need a cat for the car to run right???

your car does need back pressure to run right
you do have a cel on......

yes autoznoe scan it and it through a rear ox senor code thats the only one on??
