RPMS drop when I apply brakes!?

I haven't yet been able to recreate this problem. I recently changed my oil and yesterday noticed a puff of blue smoke come from the car when I first started it. It only sat for 8 hours before I started it. Stu suggested I toss a can of "restore" into the oil and some lucas oil stablizer. Any other things?

what tire size you running if lowered about 1.9" front drop, 1.7" rear drop. and rollen 17s
