Default Rubber exhaust hangers- Worn out?

I have a 91 Civic DX. The exhaust broke just past the flange at the right rear wheel. Looking at it, I noticed that the two rubber hangers( one on each side) near the middle of the car don'[t seem to be holding the exhaust up very well. The pipe seems to be hanging too low- There is probably a 3+ inch gap between the pipe and the heat shield as it 90s to the passenger side and then toward the rear. IT seems weird that there are no other hangers between the double hanger and the hanger just past the rear passenger side tire( Which is just beyond where it broke). The double hangers have around a 5/8" gap from the rubber wedge shape in the middle to the rest of the hanger. Do these wear out over time, and if so, what is the part number for the double hangers? I can't seem to find any of them on websites such as OReillys, etc. Any help greatly appreciated...Thanks!
