rubber muffler hangers?

rubber muffler hangers?
I just installed my new catback today, but the rubber muffler hanger falls about an inch short of one of the flanges. I stretched it to fit on, but now it pulls the muffler slightly to the side so it rattles against my bumper now and then. Do the rubber hangers come in diff lengths? anyone else have this problem or any creative suggestions to fix it that dont involve welding?

yea my hanger won't help you there... it's stiffer so all it does is hold the exhaust in place better. It would help though if you have a section of exhaust that is hanging too low... It'll hold it in place a little better.
Auto parts stores should have them in assorted sizes.

Im pretty happy with it considering its from ebay, it fit great except for the one flange, and looks nice with deep sound. A little loud without the silencer but for about 180 shipped in happy as long as the new hanger works

It hangs like that because it's junk. Poorly constructed with poor fitment. Sorry, but that's the truth.
Looks like a rice can, and sounds like ***.
I put that same exhaust on my old Civic just so I could sell it, I know how it is.
