Default Serious vibrations with exhaust

I own a 2000 Civic EX. Recently purchased and installed the Greddy Evo 2 catback exhaust system. Sounds and looks great, until it rains. Now I live in AZ, so it doesnt rain that often here, but when it does, I get some serious vibrations in my exhaust. I havent a clue what it could be. I installed it correctly and double checked to make sure all gaskets were in place and all joints tightened. The noise is coming from the back end and only seems to vibrate when Im on the gas. As soon as I get out of my car and run to the back to check, it stops vibrating...go figure.

Any ideas? Im stumped, and this problem is annoying! Not to mention embarassing.

The noise is coming from the back end of the car. The heat shield is located more toward the front...correct? It almost sounds like it rubbing up against the back bumper. But for this to happen, there needs to be some serious "shaking" going on, as there is about a 1 inch clearance from the exhaust tip and the bumper. I'll post pics tomorrow.
