Default shifter bushing install issues

hey there, just bought a 99 civic dx coupe two days ago as a cheap lil daily driver. it has a 5 speed and there was a crazy amount of slop. looked around a bit and found out what bushings i needed. im trying to take out the bolt that goes through the shifter itself under the car that connects to the shifter linkage. and i took the nut off, and the bolt is free spinning, but its not coming out. i think the insides of the bushing are free spinning and stuck on the threads of the bolt so i cant pull it out if that makes any sense at all. anyone had this issue? thanks

You should be able to pry the bolt off, it is just stuck...
