Simple fan question
Hi folks,
I have a 02 Honda Civic EX and I noticed that when I turn AC on, only driver's side fan comes on, the passenger side does not, regardless of the temperature.
Question:
1) Are they both supposed to come on at the same time?
2) Any clue how do I jot down the problem -- I read and seems like it could be the switch, fan motor or the fan itself...any help on how should I proceed?
3) I was gonna order the fan, but websites dont list as driver's side fan or passenger's side fan. Are they both the same? If needed, do I order radiator fan (is that the same as passenger side's fan?)
I realize that some questions might be lame...Im still learning and got a long way to go..Your advice is highly appreciated.

Regards,
1. Yes. They should always both start and stop together. They both come on when the A/C is on or when the engine heats up.
2. Each fan has a fuse and a relay in the underhood fuse box. Check the fuses and swap relays around to rule them out. You can also unplug the fan and connect two jumper wires straight from the plug to the battery. If it doesn't run then, replace it.
3. I think the one on the passenger side is called the radiator fan and the one on the driver's side is the condenser fan, though they work together to cool both the radiator and condenser. Models without A/C (if there were any) would only have the one radiator fan.
