My car intermittently sounds like a squeling kinked water hose, it is loud and therefore hard to figure out where it comes from, and it usually happens at idle but recently it has happened while cruising as well. Revving the engine up suddenly makes it stop for a second, it usually comes back when the idle settles down.

shop couldnt find it, they said "clean the throttle body and see if it stops" i think they are just stumped, that doesn't make sense.

Anyone expierienced this before?
