If the CEL is on, then pull the codes and post them. If you have code 17, a common problem is the VSS connector. Check that first.

Also click the Fuse 15 link in my signature.

So I got a speedo from the junk yard and speedo still not working what else can it be now??

Whats the check engine light on for?
have you checked what codes its throwing?

Honestly did you even try googleing the code... google is your friend took me about 10 seconds to come up with 1.5 thousand results about "code P1337 honda".

yeah ik i read that its either the sensor or one of the wires is bad and what else can i do bout my speedo

Well the code seems to be related to your problem with your speedo (just by looking at 1 thread i searched)......
