Thumbs down Sputtering/Hesitation

Hi guys I have a problem with my car sputtering when it gets warm.

My car has a D16Z6, Skunk intake manifold, Venom fuel rail, upgraded fuel pump, TD04 turbo with front mount & HKS exhaust.

When I first start the car and it is cold it runs like a champ but once it starts to get warm it likes to sputter at low RPM's especially when taking off from a start?
It also does it sometime when the RPMs are up

My car also has a Greddy blue box tapped into the ECU. Someone told me that its the old style Greddy box.

Any idea's what it could be? Thanks you guys

well if its boosted is it tuned?
a good tune ive heard is very important!!!!!! if not it can destroy a motor fast, ive read plenty of stories of boosting gone bad without a tune and throwing a rod.

When were the plugs, wires, cap, and rotor last replaced and when was the ignition timing last checked?

Well I just checked the plugs today and they look good but they are ACDelco's.

I have not got to change the cap, rotor, wires but that will be really soon.

What should my timing be set at or does it just depend on my setup?

sorry for the dumb questions

Civics do best with basic NGK plugs. Here's how to set the ignition timing:
