Default Sqeaking Bounce Noise when Slow Down

I have this weird sqeaking bounce noise like someone bouncing having sex on a bed kinda noise, happens when i slow down or go over bumps. i know its not the brakes, i just got new pads. Is it possible the struts or shock or springs? is it something you can fix on your own with just a car jack?

The sound is coming from the front of the car near the wheels.
