Default squealing noise

When I`m driving my `97 civ,it occasionally makes a squealing noise , sounds like from the engine bay. When I let off the throttle, it slows down. Usually happens when it`s cold outside. Was really bad coming home today, more so than ever. Any Ideas?

Your drive belts (power steering, A/C, alternator) may be loose or glazed, which can make them squeal. Try tightening or replacing.

Check your belts and check your oil. Hey, some people forget about it sometime.
