My SRS light is on. The car was stolen, and they took the air bag and climate control block and other ****. I bought all the other parts and put them in. I got the air bag from pick n pull. It's 97 honda civic. After I put the air bag in, it still shows SRS light is on, should I reset it or is there a problem with the air bag?

 

Reset the system. Let us know if the light comes back on.

 

Have you checked that they didn't steal the control module?

 

Is the module the grey box under the dashboard on the left side pinned to the side? I'm gonna check tomorrow if it's there. If I reset the module using a pin like in some tutorials, any chance of it deploying?
