I've recently had some work done on the air con on my 2002 Civic, and I assume the mechaninc must have had to fiddle with the electrics along the way as my stereo has been disconnected and reconnected and is asking for the code. I bought the car from an independent dealer about 18 months ago and I have no code! Does anyone know of an over-ride code that might reset is for me, or do I need to go to Honda?

 

look on the fuse box lid in the engine bay there should be a six digit number there
