Default still down (need help)

my car how been down for about 2 weeks now. while trouble shooting i found thta i wasnt getting any fuel or a spark from the distributor. i changed the fuel pump and im still not getting any fuel.

before i changed the fuel pump it would crank like normal and just not turn over. now it cranks even slower. is all this because the distributor is bad or could somethig else be the problem?

its either the ecu (throw in someone elses and see if it starts) or the PGM-FI relay. my friends ecu just went out and Im letting him use mine while mines in storage. the PGM-fi and the ecu are the only things that control both feul and spark.
good luck

first you will need a boost for the battery.

My civic wont start if left alone for 4 days......
I spray starting fluid (ether ) in one cylinder and there it goes.
I have 400k miles on it and the distributer cap has to be free of corosion inside on the four post.
Otherwise the spark become weak and wont ignite the gas ( a blue color spark is the best).
Also I have seen to much oil ( obove the full mark ) prevent it from starting during the winter .
