I just moved to the Bay Area, and my car (Honda Civic of course) has begun making a weird noise the past week or so. I got an oil change, but it has kept on, so now I'm really worried. It's kind of like a bubbling noise or flapping noise, which specifically occurs after I turn the car off. Can anyone help?
