Hey guys,

Well, turns out the oil pan was stripped out.... [sm=sigh.gif] I took it to the dealer near my house over my 2 day thanksgiving "break" lol, and they drilled and re-tapped the hole and replaced the drain plug. It cost me $100, which sucks cause i could use that for a lot of other things, but I just didn't have the time to do it myself... But its all better now so I'll just make sure that it never happens again.. see if I let them change my oil again lol. Anyway, thanks for all the help and ideas.

Maybe you should consider a torque wrench. I run a couple performance bikes & I'd never work on them without one. Loctite med. strength.
