Default stuck rotor?

I am trying to test the coil, but I cannot get the rotor off of the dizzy. I removed the screw but it will not budge. It has some slight movement from one way to the other but it will not pull off. Do I just have to pry it off or break it off?

I had to take a rubber mallet and flat screw driver and chizzel the area around the screw off.. I'm trying to find out why I can't get a spark. There's virtually no voltage between the ECM and ICM.
