i don't know if it came off the track, or is just stuck, so i just need to know how to remove the whole glass part. thanx

Have you tried manually closing it? There's directions in the manual.

As for the glass, I'm no help [&:]

i'm at a boot camp, and the manual is at home. and its raining pretty bad which sux, thanx anyway
