Suspensions questions

Hi, I was recently hit in my friends 1996 Civic 2door EX. I need to replace the upper and lower control arms and possibly the spindle, what years can I get parts off of to fit this make and model I have? THANKS!

I think any 96-00 Civic stuff will fit.
