Default Taking forever to start

Why does my '98 Civic DX take forever to start after its been sitting for a while? First start in the morning, whether it be hot or cold outside (although its much worse when its cold) takes forever. Even if I drive the car then let it sit for five or six hours and then drive it again, it takes forever to start. However, if I drive to the store, go inside for twenty minutes or so, it starts right up after that.

I run dry gas during the Winter and I had my battery checked yesterday and the guy said the battery was 100% charged and the cold crank amps were 300.
