Well the deal is, if I ket it run for 5 minutes on the parking lot it'll warm up, but the moment I start driving it cools off like it never was warm. To me it looks like a stuck-open thermostat. Any other ideas? Also the air is blowing with a strange smell...hard to describe...a little like a damp cigarette butt or something among those lines.

 

well when mine was stuck open it never got warm. I would replace it any way as far as the smell have no clue.
